Jacket Orders, Friends & Family Fundraiser, Fall Dinner Tickets

Jacket orders are now due.  Board members will be available at the homecoming game Friday  and also Saturday at rehearsal at Woodcreek to accept orders.

We are trying to wind up the Friends and Family Campaign,  If you have not yet turned in donations for this fundraiser, please bring them either Friday or Saturday as well.

Fall fundraising Dinner(Italian theme) tickets go on sale Friday.  The dinner is October 24.  Tickets are $15 or $20 for Tuscany Tables(table side service) Get yours before they are gone!

Fall Show Shirts – Order now! (due 9/18)

 

It is time to get “Dialed In” with our 2015-16 Fall Show Shirt!
Each year the Antelope Band & Guard designs a T-shirt to commemorate the Fall Field Show – this year’s theme is “Dialed In”.  We encourage all band and colorguard students, parents, family and friends to purchase this shirt to wear to band events throughout the year.
Shirts are only $10.00 ($15.00 for extended sizes) – checks only – due by September 18th (no exceptions). Click Here for the order form to complete and return to the school.  Checks can be made out to ABBA.

Band Notes

Have you received our new weekly e-newsletter – Band Notes?   “Band Notes” will be sent every Monday to the email addresses on file with ABBA.  (If you have not received the past 2 weeks, check your junk mail.)  Or, if you are not currently signed up, please join our mailing list by visiting the Band Notes Page on this website.   Band Notes will include important reminders for the current week (rehearsals, performances, etc.) and will highlight what happened in the previous week.  Fall is a crazy time of year for our Titans – this is a great way to stay on top of the what/where/whens of your Titan Band & Guard!

Spirit Wear!

2015-16 Spirit Wear orders are happening now! Initial Orders are due 8/31/2015.   Download form and turn into the ABBA box in the band room with check made out to “ABBA”.   There will be additional items, including the sweatshirt, available in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!

Marching Shoe & Glove Orders – Due Friday, 8/21

Incoming marching students will need to order marching shoes and gloves. Any ongoing students who have outgrown their items or lost them, will need to place an order also. Shoes run about 1/2 size small. If kid is a true size 7, maybe order a 7.5 or an 8. They can wear two pair of socks.

Gloves- they run pretty true to size. If your kid has a large hand, consider a large or XL. XS is for really tiny hands. Most kids are med or large. They can ask older students if still not sure.

Put order form and payments into a sealed envelope with your student’s name on outside and “shoe/glove order” on outside.
Make checks payable to ABBA, write “shoe/glove order” and your student’s name on check.
Place envelope into the ABBA mailbox located in the band room by end of Friday, August 21st.
Forms are not to be given to any student or Ms. Mello.

Group order will be placed on 8/22. If you miss the deadline, contact Ellen at abba.eventcoordinator@gmail.com immediately.

If you are unable to purchase items, please let Ms. Mello know before Friday, Aug 21. We have loaners if needed.
