Lodi Competition dinner donations

The schedule for Lodi is being confirmed and will be sent out as soon as it’s finalized. Students have practice on Saturday 11/3 from 9am – 11am.  Buses leave for Lodi at 2pm from AHS. 

Lodi Grape Bowl – 221 E Lawrence Ave, Lodi CA 95240

Our next field show is at the Lodi Grape Bowl on 11/3/2018. Food donations and volunteer help are needed.

We are also in need of parent help as Bus Chaperones.  We need four (4) parents to ride, two on each bus. Sign ups are in the link at the bottom. 

Please make sure your student brings their personal water jug to every competition.  Additional water will be available.

We will serve the kids dinner which will include pulled pork sandwiches, pasta salad, corn and cupcakes for dessert at approximately 4:30pm. We will also provide a light snack after the performance.

Please bring all food donations to the band room on Saturday, 11/3/2018 at 9:00am when your student is dropped off.

Volunteers will need to arrive at the stadium 3:00pm. Please bring your own chairs. Text Kim @ 916.595.0703 when you arrive at the stadium to locate the hospitality team.
