What we need:
- Arrive at Antelope High School to load at 11:00 am.
- Depart from Antelope High School for Del Oro around 12:00 pm.
- Depart from Del Oro for Antelope High School to unload around 11:30 pm.
- 12:30 am – go home!
2 trucks with class 4 hitches and brake controls for the 20 foot trailers
1 vehicle that can pull the golf cart trailer
PIT CREW: We will need 12 parents for the Del Oro Field Show. People need to be at Del Oro High School @ Antelope Band staging area by 6:40 pm.
The estimated length of time needed for Pit Crew should be from 6:40 – 8:30. People will be there to help explain what to do and how you can help. Come experience the best seats in the house!
**Drivers can also sign up for Pit Crew!
Duties to include: Assist students with transporting pit equipment to the field staging area. Help students move pit equipment onto and off the field as well as back to the staging area. Once equipment is returned, pit crew can leave.
If some parents can stay longer, help may be needed to break down pop-ups and other misc. equipment.
In case a parent is not able to make it, we are also asking for people to sign-up as a “stand-by” or backup volunteer for Pit Crew.
