Volunteers are the core to our band program

Want to be a part of something special?  Our Band and Guard families are a unique group of individuals with one common goal – support the our Band and Guard students and provide an exciting and eventful High School Band experience!

During Marching Band (Fall) season and Winter Percussion & Guard season many volunteers are needed to help with Hospitality, Pit Crew, Sewing, Carpentry, etc.   

The Antelope High School Band hosts an Annual Winter Review Show and is looking for many volunteers to help with the success of this showcase. Some of the volunteer opportunities include, but are not limited to, Ticket Sales, Snack Bar, Parking, Securing Business sponsors, etc.

                                         Volunnteers needed for 2023-2024 School Year

• 4th of July Fireworks stand: We needed alot of help. We need groups of 3 adults to help with fireworks stands in Morning, Afternoon and Evening shifts. Details coming after June 12th. If you can help, please contact Cindy Saechao : secretary.antelopeband@gmail.com

• Super Saturday : Summer 2023 ALL BAND STUDENTS WILL NEED TO BE  AT THIS EVENT.  Please contact Shannon Bishop abba.president@gmail.com

• 2023-2024 school year, , we need help with Hauling Trailers.  If you have a truck and can possibly help please contact Cindy Saechao : secretary.antelopeband@gmail.com

• Fundraiser opportunites:  If you have any ideas on how we can raise money please contact Shannon Barnes: abba.vp@gmail.com 

• Form Committee at large: Parent Volunteers to help with opinions, ideas and  Events during the school year. We need 3 or 4 Parents that can attend meetings and events once a month, We need a Parent Representative from the Guard, Marching Band, Jazz and Percussion to voice your needs!
